Privacy — ROLLerUP Visualizer

ROLLerUP's Visualizer lets you upload a photo of your home and see a ROLLerUP product rendered onto it. Here's what that involves for your personal information.

What we collect

The photo you upload, and the preview image we generate from it. If you fill in the lead form to download your preview or request an estimate, we also collect your name, email, phone number and postal code.

Cross-border processing

Your photo is sent to OpenAI in the United States to generate the preview. OpenAI processes the image only to create your render; it is not used to train their models under our account's terms.

Retention

Photos and previews are deleted from our servers after 30 days.

Deletion on request

You can delete your photo and preview at any time — use the "Delete my photo" button in the widget, or the bookmarkable link you received when you submitted your details (valid for 30 days). A photo already attached to a sales enquiry in our CRM stays with that enquiry so our team can still follow up.

Marketing reuse

We never use your photo or preview in ROLLerUP marketing unless you explicitly opt in with the "You may use my photo and preview in ROLLerUP marketing" checkbox. It's unchecked by default.
